Kajak-Fitness
Fitnesskajakfahren ist eine sehr umfassende Sportart, die Wassersport und körperliche Aktivität kombiniert. Es verbessert seine allgemeine körperliche Verfassung, aber auch seine geistige Verfassung. Es ist eine gute Alternative zum traditionellen Sport, da es sich um einen Ausdauersport handelt, der im Freien ausgeübt wird und der es Ihnen ermöglicht, die Natur, die frische Luft und die Sonne zu genießen. Mit dem Fitnesskajak können Sie sich auch im Kontakt mit der Fauna und Flora entspannen. Diese Aktivität kann in jedem Alter (ab 17 Jahren) ausgeübt werden.
Für Erwachsene wird das Fitness-Kajak die Möglichkeit bieten, die sportlichen Aktivitäten zu abwechslungsreich zu gestalten und sich mit Laufen, Gehen usw. abzuwechseln. Es bietet auch die Möglichkeit, beim Training in einem Verein neue soziale Bindungen zu knüpfen.
Bei älteren Menschen ermöglicht die Ausübung des Fitness-Kajakfahrens eine körperliche Aktivität, die für den Körper, insbesondere für die Knie und Hüften, nicht traumatisch ist.
